The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.
SASSA will be rendering providers such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a statement, the agency explained it is actually alarmed with regards to the high variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The purpose of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some substantial amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“That is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no sassa status absolutely functional office dedicated to service the area every day. The services stage produced for intervention experiences a high inflow of probable beneficiaries, that makes it challenging for your Workplace to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise SRD additional assets to allow the servicing of all customers and maximize use of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
